Positions Vacant::
1. Chief Risk Officer :
Should understand the risk attitudes of key stakeholders, develop the risk policy and appropriate procedures for identifying and mitigating risks, build and lead the risk management group and communicate the culture of risk management throughout the organisation.
Qualifications :
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/CFA. Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications such as CISA, FRM.
2. Business Development (Product Design Manager) :
Candidate should be able to identify new high revenue market opportunities and delivering innovative, high quality, safe and effective financial market products as per agreed-upon timelines. Responsibilities include modification of existing products, introduction of new products and new lines of business, product planning, innovative designing, estimates of profitability, cash flows, feasibility studies and managing product life cycle from initiation to delivery by establishing strategic marketing programs including identification of market segments, product positioning, pricing, and profitability. Candidate must have strong analytical, organisational, problem solving, decision-making, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills and must be proficient with project documentation. Has to have the ability to be self-motivated and work independently and in a team environment in a positive and supportive manner.
Qualifications :
CA/ICWA/MBA/CFA
3. Legal Officer :
The candidate should have knowledge and minimum of 10 years experience in dealing with security laws, depository act, custodian regulations, companies act and other corporate laws and handling of court matters. The position requires good drafting skills.
