So what is CLEP – or what is College-Level Examination Program®? CLEP helps students earn credit for what they already know. If you receive a satisfactory score on a CLEP exam, you can earn up to 12 college credits toward a college degree, depending on the exam subject and the policy of the college. They are entirely optional and are not required for entrance to a US University.
So taking CLEP exams can save you time and money!
Because there are few international CLEP test centers, international students can opt to take the CLEP exams once they arrive at a U.S. University.
