- Discrimination against women in employment and occupation
- International Convention policies have not been fully implemented in India
- Women must be free to choose any profession say working in bars. Its the state’s duty to protect women
- Special policies encouraging self employment for women

- We pay more to the driver than the maid servant working in the house
- No creche facilities for young mothers
- Night work for women?
- 90% of working women in India are in the unorganised sector
- Sexual harassment at the workplace
- Sharing of family responsibilities
- Has society granted full freedom to women?
- Equal contributing partners
- Women have become more mobile
- Proactive policies by corporates to attract women and married women – flexi timings, creches, maternity benefits
- Women have better ability to negotiate
- Not every women is confident to step out even when a good opportunity comes
- Women needs family support and the family can take pride in what you do
- Women require quite aggression
- Believe in your own ability
