GRADUATE ENGINEERS COURSE ON “OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS”

The aim of the course is to develop a pool of technically trained manpower readily available for recruitment to the
Indian Power Sector in the area of Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Power Transmission and Distribution Systems.
About the course: – This is a unique course of 26 weeks duration being conducted in the country by NPTI only. The course covers training on Operation and Maintenance of Power Transmission and Distribution System. The course syllabus is Approved by Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Government of INDIA under Indian electricity rules 1956(2B) rule3.
Eligibility: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering & Electrical Power.
Selection Criteria: Percentage of marks obtained in BE or equivalent examination.
