Careers with Petronet LNG – a Joint Venture by the Government of India to import LNG and set up LNG terminals in the country, it involves India’s leading oil and natural gas industry players. The promoters are GAIL (India) Ltd (GAIL), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).
Technician (Fire Fighting) – Dahej Terminal Gujarat
The incumbent should have Class Diploma in Fire Engineering or equvalant degree from a reputed institute.Certificate course in safety, fire fighting, Disaster Management shall be preferred. Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in Hydrocarbon Industry. Experience in Oil & Gas Installations preferred.
The maximum age is 30 years for the above position(as on 31.03.2009).
The annual remuneration in terms of CTC is approximately Rs.3.50 Lakhs for the above position which includes the Basic pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.
Plant Operator, Dahej Terminal – Gujarat
The incumbent should have Diploma in Chemical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a reputed institute with minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in plant operations in Hydro-carbon industry.
The maximum age is 30 years for the above position(as on 31.03.2009).
The annual remuneration in terms of CTC is approximately Rs. 3.50 Lakhs for the above position which includes the Basic pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.
Chemist – Dahej LNG Terminal – Gujarat
Candidate must posses PG Degree in Chemistry with a total of 3-5 years of analytical experience in Hydrocarbon sector and must be conversant with:-
i) Operations of modern analytical equipment like Gas Chromatographs,pH and conductivity meters etc.
ii) Integrated Management system (ISO: 9001,14001 & OHSAS:18001)
iii) Various Physico-Chemical analysis of different streams.
The maximum age is 30 years for above position(as on 31.03.2009).
The annual remuneration in terms of CTC is approximately Rs. 4.23 Lakhs for the above position which includes the Basic pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.
Finance Officer – Delhi and Dahej LNG Terminal – Gujarat
The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with about 1 year of post qualification experience in Accounting, Finalization of Accounts & payments to contractors/Suppliers in a large organization.
The maximum age is 30 years (as on 31.03.2009).
The annual remuneration in terms of CTC is approximately Rs. 6 Lakhs for the above position which includes the Basic pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.
