Eligibility:
Qualifications for (I) HM – MBBS / BDS / B.Sc. (Nursing) / Bachelor of AYUSH / M Pharma / B Pharma / D Pharma / General Nursing & Midwifery / Bachelor in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy. Candidates must be registered with respective State / National Council.
Experience: MBBS / BDS / B.Sc (Nursing) / Bachelor of AYUSH / M Pharma- 2 years, B Pharma – 3 years, General Nursing & Midwifery / D Pharma / Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy – 5 years (experience of working in a Govt. / NGO / Private / Corporate Hospitals / Institutes / Organizations).
Qualifications for (II ) H&FWM – MBBS / BDS / B.Sc. (Nursing) / Bachelor of AYUSH / M Pharma / B Pharma / D Pharma / General Nursing & Midwifery. Candidates must be registered with respective State / National Council.
Or PG in Science / Behavioural Science / Management / Commerce / Accounts.
Experience: MBBS / BDS / B.Sc (Nursing) / Bachelor of AYUSH / M Pharma – 2 years, B Pharma – 3 years, General Nursing & Midwifery / D Pharma -5 years (experience of working in a Govt. / NGO / Private / Corporate Hospitals / Institutes / Organizations).
